The service

iFlipVAULT turns PDFs you upload into online books that you can share, embed or keep private. These terms apply when you create an account or publish a book.

Your account

You need to be 16 or older. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.

You can delete your account at any time from Account. It deletes your books and their files right away.

Your content

You keep every right to what you upload. You give us permission to store it, convert it, and show it to the people you choose, only to run the service.

Only upload what you have the right to publish. No illegal content, malware, or material that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove a book that breaks these rules and will tell you why.

Copyright complaints: write to hello@iflipvault.com with the book's link and proof of ownership.

No ads

We don't show ads on your books, on any plan. Free books carry one small “Made with” link in the reader's toolbar.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Prices are in Canadian dollars; taxes are added where they apply.

We email you a week before a yearly renewal. Cancel in one click from Account: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and your books stay online afterwards.

If you change your mind within 14 days of a payment, write to us for a full refund.

Availability

We work to keep the service fast and available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We back up data daily.

Limits of liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account holders at least 30 days before the change applies.
